Smily Bubble for iPhone
Privacy policy
Effective: 8 October 2026 · Last updated: 11 October 2026
Slightly Games operates Smily Bubble. This policy explains what information the game uses, how advertising works, and the choices available to you. Contact us at hello@slightly.games about privacy or this policy.
Smily Bubble includes optional rewarded ads and occasional automatic ads between completed levels. A one-time Ad-free purchase removes automatic between-level advertisements; optional rewarded ads remain available. You can also use Apple Game Center for achievements and a star leaderboard. You do not need to purchase Ad-free or sign in to Game Center to play.
Your game stays on your device
You do not need a Slightly Games account to play. Your completed levels, best star ratings, unlocked weapons, weapon inventory, and sound and music preferences are stored locally. The game also stores a local completion counter and the last ad time to limit automatic ad frequency. The current level attempt and music playback position are held in memory while the app is running. We do not operate a server that receives your saved board or individual move history, and we have not added a separate gameplay analytics service.
Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app removes its local game data; Apple backups are managed separately through Apple.
Advertisements and privacy choices
We use Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements and occasional automatic advertisements between completed levels. Completing an optional rewarded ad can grant a continue and the weapon charges described in the game. Google's advertising technology may process your IP address (including approximate location inferred from it), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. This supports ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Google and participating advertising partners may receive this information.
Our current integration requests non-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher first-party ID, and does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier through App Tracking Transparency. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. The game does not request precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, or photo-library access for advertising.
Google's User Messaging Platform checks which privacy choices are required. Where applicable, you can consent, decline consent, or manage individual options. You can reopen Privacy choices in the game settings when available to change or withdraw your choices. Declining does not prevent ordinary gameplay; an ad-supported continue is available only when an eligible ad can be provided and completed.
Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services for details about Google's processing and controls. Ad destinations may have their own privacy policies.
Game Center
You can play without signing in to Game Center. When signed in, the game can send your best-star total and achievement progress to Apple. Apple associates these with your Game Center account, and your Game Center display name, score, and rank may be visible to other players. The game retrieves leaderboard names, scores, and ranks for display; we do not send them to a Slightly Games server.
Your saved levels and weapon inventory remain on the device; Game Center does not synchronize your saved game. Switching Game Center accounts does not replace the device’s saved progress. You can manage Game Center through your Apple device settings. See Apple’s Game Center privacy information.
Purchases
Ad-free is a one-time purchase through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payment and manages the purchase under your Apple Account. We do not receive your payment-card details. The game uses Apple’s verified transaction information, including the product, purchase status, and any refund or revocation, to enable Ad-free and restore it when you return or change devices. This information is handled on your device through StoreKit; we do not send it to a Slightly Games purchase server.
You can use Restore purchases in Settings. Apple may ask you to sign in. A refund or revocation removes the Ad-free entitlement. Deleting local game data does not erase your App Store purchase history. See Apple’s App Store privacy information for how Apple handles purchases and account information.
Contact and website information
If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you send. We use them to respond and handle your request. Please avoid sending passwords or payment details. Our website and hosting services process connection information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. The studio website does not embed advertising or a separate visitor analytics service.
How information is used and retained
We use information to provide the game, remember your preferences and progress, deliver advertisements where enabled, verify and restore purchases, respond to support requests, and protect our services. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, this may be providing the service you request, your consent, our legitimate interests in support and security, or a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Local game information remains until you reset it or delete the app, subject to your device backups. We keep support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests, maintain necessary support records, and meet legal obligations. Apple and Google determine retention for data they process under their policies. Information processed by these providers may be handled outside your country, with safeguards described in their policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Contact hello@slightly.games to make a request. We may need information to verify the request and identify records we actually hold. We cannot remotely retrieve your local saved game.
For information held by Apple or Google, you can also use their privacy controls and request processes. You may complain to your local data-protection authority where applicable. Exercising a privacy right does not prevent ordinary gameplay.
Children
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through support correspondence. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete information we hold where appropriate. Parents can manage app access and permissions through Apple's family and device settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the game or its services change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request new consent for material changes.
